**1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges**

 

1.1 Customized Products: As our products are customized and specially made based on your unique designs and specifications, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless they are defective or damaged.

 

1.2 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at orders@apparelboss.com or 631.745.8746 to initiate the return process.

 

**2. Reporting Defective or Damaged Products**

 

2.1 Notification Period: Please report any defects or damages within 10 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage to facilitate the return process.

 

2.2 Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number to include on the outside of the package being returned. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

3.1 Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or damage, Apparel Boss will cover the return shipping costs. However, for other reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5.1 Approval of Designs: Before proceeding with production, we require your approval of the design mock-ups for custom orders. Please carefully review and approve all design details, as once production begins, changes cannot be made.

 

5.2 Revisions: If there is an issue with your custom order, please notify us immediately. We will work closely with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include revisions or remaking the order.
